The two handed wrist grab self defense is a quick and easy defense to learn. Using the simple “I don’t know” maneuver to break the grip first, raise your hands inside the attacker’s forearms, and then up and outward. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
After breaking the two handed wrist grab, strike the attacker with a palm heel or eye gouge to stun. While your arms are completing the face strike, finish up with a knee smash to the groin or abdomen, then a follow up elbow strike to the back. Get away, get help or call 911!
