Wrist Grab Defense
When an attacker grabs you by one wrist, it’s a quick getaway if you know how!
We practice Stranger Danger Defense with our kids. These techniques can help keep your kiddos safe! It’s also good for adults to practice too.
If your attackers fingers are pointing up, grab your own trapped hand and pull up. If your attackers fingers are pointing down, grab your own trapped hand and pull down.
If your attacker is much bigger and stronger and has a tight grip that won’t let go, strike your attacker with a kick to the groin or palm heel strike to the nose. This should stun the attacker and they will loosen the grip, then you can pull up or down to get free.
